The new roof covering of the former Residence Bocconi is made of glazed terracotta shingles, laid in a scale pattern to follow the curvature of the volume without interruption. The overlapping elements create a protective, waterproof skin, while the colour echoes the surrounding greenery and the organic references typical of Art Nouveau. The result is a distinctive envelope that brings together function, materiality and architectural memory.
