Craft production techniques guided by Italian know-how
for the creation of unique, one-off elements.

In keeping with tradition, our product development relies exclusively on craft processes. Pressing, extrusion and slip casting are handled directly by specialised staff, able to guarantee a level of product excellence that expresses genuine made-in-Italy quality.

Mould for pressing clay, with a twelve-cell die for ceramic elements

Pressing

The clay is pressed between two moulds with a force of over 75 tonnes, making it possible to create flat or three-dimensional elements. The process is ideal for ceramic blocks intended for artistic or design applications indoors and outdoors, customisable with natural or glazed finishes.

Extruded clay leaving the die with a hollow four-lobed profile for three-dimensional cladding

Extrusion

The material takes shape as it is pushed through a die, or matrix, which defines its two-dimensional profile. Ideal for continuous or three-dimensional surfaces. After forming, bespoke details and textures can be applied to the surface, with a natural or glazed finish.

Slip casting: liquid clay poured into a plaster mould for complex ceramic shapes

Slip casting

For the most complex and sculptural three-dimensional shapes, this technique uses plaster moulds into which slip, a liquid clay suspension, is poured. It allows the production of pieces with undercuts, thin sections and refined detail, with no dimensional limits. Ideal for bespoke architectural and design elements of high expressive value, with hand-worked surfaces finished in glazes or natural finishes.
